OAJ & CO INVESTMENT LIMITED was incorporated in November 1996 as a Nigerian private company with limited liability, to carry on engineering business services for the petroleum sector of Nigeria. In addition, it equally carries on international trade (imports, exports), merchandise, and general contractor works for companies and businesses in Nigeria.
For nearly three decades, OAJ has built a reputation for excellence by offering comprehensive engineering services tailored to Nigeria’s dynamic petroleum industry. Beyond energy engineering, we provide end-to-end maritime solutions, shipping logistics, international trade (import and export), and general contracting services for corporate and commercial clients nationwide.
The Company began full operations in the 1997 fiscal year, when founders were able to raise the seed equity capital needed to start the business. By following a strategy of focus, superior performance, and dedication to the clientele, the Company has been able to survive many phases of ups and downs of the Nigerian economy generally and of the petroleum sector in particular.
